Biosearch Technologies has ground breaking news to announce today.  We licensed a family of patents covering practice of the 5' Nuclease process from Roche Molecular Systems (Roche). The Roche license provides freedom to operate, with respect to the Roche IP estate, for qPCR processes in the Diagnostic Research Field. This license makes Biosearch the first commercial oligonucleotide manufacturer to take the Roche license, which gives Biosearch the right to manufacture and sell dual-labeled probes for use in 5' Nuclease assays for internal research in the diagnostics field.
